*Classes marked with an asterisk (*) extend longer in duration than our traditional one-hour classes.  Arrive at any time, and stay for as long as you'd like!  The flexibility and convenience of these "continuous" classes ensures that you can always find the time to fit our amazing workouts into your hectic and demanding schedule.

+Classes marked with a plus sign (+) are part of our brand new coed program!  Sundays have been coed for almost one year now and due to the overwhelming demand of our female members, the popularity of our classes with the men, and in-line with our new concept, we have now extended our evening hours and added late night coed classes, Monday - Thursday, from 7:00pm - 8:00pm.  Look for more coed classes to be added throughout the months of September and October!
