GROUP TRAINING

At EIGHTY20 GROUP FITNESS our small group training program is a combination of progressive strength training with high-intensity, interval-based cardio. You will be working with trainers that will motivate you, inspire you, and keep you on track throughout the program. This rigorous small group training is designed to greatly improve your cardiovascular health, help you to build lean muscle mass, and subsequently help your body burn more fat throughout the other 23 hours of your day.

We want you to WANT exercise in your daily routine, which means it needs to be an enjoyable experience. You will be pushed to your limits, but you will come to love each and every workout, especially when you experience exactly your mind and your body are capable of accomplishing.

All equipment in the gym is considered fair game each day for each progressive strength workout, including dumbbells, barbells, medicine balls, kettlebells, TRX suspension, heavy bags, and much more! You get all the benefits of personal training at a very affordable price in an extremely motivational group class environment.
