cardioCHAOS:
A 60 minute interval-based workout consisting of four rounds of pure fitness insanity. All of our cardio & strength training equipment is fair game in this anything-goes, full-body assault.
TUES & THURS 5:30am
MON & WED 8:00pm
SAT 6:00am


cardioMIX:
This class incorporates a combination of high and low intensity moves, working on both strength and agility. The class is 20 minutes of treadmill, 20 of free weights, and the final 10 burning abs, though not always in that order.

cardioTKO:
Basically, you'll punch and kick your very own heavy bag. A lot. Then you'll take a "break" from the bags and strength equipment by enjoying some quality treadmill training.

cardioTRED: FREE
Each treadmill workout is meant to take your cardiovascular fitness to the next level. While our trainers will certainly encourage you to reach your full potential, your workout's intensity is ultimately up to you... meaning all fitness levels are welcome!

cardioCLIMB: FREE
Treadmill circuit training broken into "stations". You might use the suspension trainers, the bosu's for balance, or work your abs with medicine balls for, you guessed it, one minute. And to take your workout to the next level, we'll add INCLINE treadmill segments into the mix when you're not on the gym floor. We may be changing up our usual format, but the intensity level will of course remain the same.
