Welcome to EIGHTY20 GROUP FITNESS, Valencia's premiere group fitness and personal training studio. Our rebranding was inevitable as our coed classes became more and more popular and the focus of our workouts needed to be reflected better in our name.  At EIGHTY20 we focus on three of the most important aspects of fitness, PROGRESSIVE STRENGTH, HIIT CARDIO, and PRECISION NUTRITION, doing so in a group class environment that teaches proper form, improvement through progression, and expert nutritional guidance.
